A clown for your collection! This is one of the spectacular Waco "Melody in Motion" Musical Figurines. Produced in 1988, it is now Retired. He whistles "Sweet Georgia Brown" while his head turns and his hand plucks the strings of his Bass Fiddle. He stands 13" tall and is in excellent conditon with no chips or cracks. It has an off/on switch and a volume switch on the bottom. He runs on three (3) AA batteries. He is marked "Hand Made and Hand Painted Porcelain, Melody in Motion, Modled by Seiji Nakane". He was numbered by Waco #07087.
